I am currently have availabilty to do FCA ( functional capacity) reports across South East Queensland. I am experienced in writing reports for complex psychosocial clients. I'm Emma Hazelton and I work near Woodford, Qld. My Occupational Therapy clinic helps children and adults. My focus is with children and adults with ASD or psychosocial conditions. I believe that every child and adult have the capacity to live a full life and I aim to help them achieve that.
